Shipping Policy
Our delivery time is 7-14 days for the whole world. You will receive a delivery confirmation once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You will then receive a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. We will also continue to keep you informed via email about the progress of your delivery.
Please Note: During public holidays and peak seasons, shipping times may be extended.

For shipments that need to be delivered before or shortly after the Chinese New Year, we strongly recommend placing your orders at least 3-4 weeks in advance. This accounts for the extended holiday period when operations are either closed or running at limited capacity. Shipping times during the Chinese New Year may be extended by an additional 5-10 days, depending on the specific timing of the holiday and the backlog that accumulates during this break.
